Welcome to this spacious home, recently renovated, with a modern touch, exterior and very sunny on both sides, which will make your stay in Zumaia wonderful. Zumaia has two beaches, the closest one is Santiago, which in less than 10 minutes walking along the mouth of the Urola River and the marshes is a pleasant walk. The other beach is Itzurun, near the center of the town, which can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, from where you can access the well-known Flysch that you can see from the San Telmo hermitage that watches over the beach and the aforementioned cliffs. In addition, Aita Mari is located in a strategic location for the mobility of the territory in terms of transportation, since the bus stop is nearby, as is the train station that connects Bilbao with San Sebastian. So, moving to towns or cities, without worrying about the issue of parking, will be something you will be able to do thanks to the good frequency of public transport.
